On Sunday we went to a Super Bowl party at Luke and Amanda's. Of course, there was plenty of food. I made scalloped corn and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake bars. All the food was really good.
We were cheering for the Cardinals just because they were the underdogs. We weren't necessarily committed to either team. As I've said before, we bleed blue and orange and obviously our team didn't even make it to the playoffs this year.
As it turned out, we ended up winning the 4th quarter football pool. Makenna picked out our 5 squares and we won $40!
