Super Bowl 2010

I was cheering for the Colts.  I wish they wouldn't have lost it in the end, but I will look forward to watching them again next year!

I'd like to call this picture, "Traitors!"
We went to a Super Bowl party and the girls put on Saints tatoos and beads.  The ironic thing is that they don't even watch football all season long and then for the Super Bowl they cheer for the team I don't want to win!

"Saga"

Makenna performed her jazz dance, "Saga," today at the halftime of a basketball game.  I did record it, however, I have no idea how to post it on here since it is not in the right format.  It was so fun to watch  because I haven't seen any of her dances all year.

This day in 2005...

These are pictures I have in a file dated February 4th, 2005
The Jetta, one of Brad's many car purchases over the years.  We didn't keep it too long, it wasn't good on the snow and ice!

Our black recliners.  Well, the recliners have remained the same, but a lot of other things in our living room have changed over the last 4 years!

13: Makenna's Favorite Number

Okay, so I am, again, at a loss of what to post, so I am posting picture number 13 per Makenna's request.
This was taken when Madalen was here and we were visiting Matt, Kristen, and Addison in Denver.

Am I crazy???

I bought all of these today (plus 2 more that I already plugged in).
What can I say?  They were on sale for $0.86 at Kmart today.  I swear I am not a hoarder, I repeat, I am not a hoarder.  I do use these things and it was a REALLY good sale!

Square Braiding

Alanna would like the word to be spread about Square Braiding, a braid that she created!  When she first came to me tonight to show me her square braid I asked her where she learned to square braid.  She then informed me that she created it all on her own and she would like to tell President Obama so that he could spread the word about square braiding and make her famous for being the creator of it.  I politely told her that square braiding is probably not a top priority for the President and that I would help spread the word about square braiding through my blog.  She was content with that, so I am now introducing the Square Braid, created by Alanna...
